Some initial plans

Thanks to Jeffrey for booking the hotel room. I guess that we will forgo the potluck this time round and have one say, during Chinese New Year period at the home of one of us? Or one by the beach would be nice too...

Some plans I have in mind on 30th:
- Check in, slack, swim, do whatever you want in the hotel
or go shopping in the area (until all if not most of us met up)
- Gift exchange (gift approximately $10, no chocolates pls!)
Most of you would have already known the concept already,
ie one person will describe subtlely the gift he/she bought
and the rest will nominate another person to receive the gift
- Dinner in the area, lots of nice food in the area. My
recommendation: This air-coned place (purvis st)
operated by hainanese serving hainanese food of course.
We could order a few dishes with rice, and they have
steamboat also. Most importantly, it's not expensive.
- Go back hotel room watch tv, chat, slack, bathe...
- At night: The hotel lounge is quite lovely, we could go there
for some drinks and lomantic music...
- Or we could catch a movie...

Btw, do you want a cake to celebrate christmas/ start of a brand new year/ our friendship/ Jeffrey's birthday/ Jieming's birthday (All-in-one)??? (red wine anyone??)

Sounds like good plan. Yah, a "All-in-one" cake would be nice too. I'll be one of the early birds too. Btw, not wanting to disrupt this discussion, I've posted all the photos taken during the last outing on my personal blog.

Oh great!! I will be there early too. I can only provide chivas (ie got to bring mixer). Anyway want to bring any games for that day? Just a request...No Durian cake ppleaseeeee!!!! Thanks

K.. me have red n white n vodka.. tell me the choice.. me have mahjong? do u guys want that? can bring the small one.. n probably i can bring along the twister if u guys want to play that... has poker cards too.. so gess i d just bring along all... ??? guess we can just have our own wine session dont need to go to the lounge.. then pling can wear and bring her fave outfit.. the SSS... heheheheheeh *singlet shorts slippers*

eh we watching the show after we meet issit?? then depends where we want to watch and where lor. then can makan then watch show then check in after 2pm? bt not all are meeting early eh.. think can just watch in bugis? then if everyone wants to catch a movie we can watch it later like before after our steamboat dinner...
