Pling: it depends on why I dislike the said person, and whether the said person will be in my team. Then i'll weigh the pros of working in such a great team against the cons of working with that person, and decide accordingly.

BUTTTT! If the person will be in my team, heck it! I love my job more!!! haha...

just go into the company and kick him out of the team man, u can do it! jieming

Hmm...someone once told me, don't let anyone decide your path. It doesn't make sense if that 'anyone' is someone that you don't like. Unless the person you don't like is gg to affect your prospects or your job scope (e.g your superior) or else why bother about that person. Lastly, it is better to have tried, got irritated and leave rather than leave and regret that you have never tried.
